How should I proceed further?

PWM duty will be adjusted to get boost voltage and trickle charge voltages but how to detect the voltage needed to be applied to the battery that is I am designing like this.

ADC interface circuit resistor values have not yet calculated. Here is new schematic. There was a mistake in 5V power Led connection. Also I have to calculate Buck Inductor and Capacitor values.
